I spent an hour on a chat trying to get Fox News to work again. Multiple resets of the boxes to no avail. How is it possible that fox is the only channel that won’t come in. This has been going on for over 2 weeks.

How to I get compensate for the time I had no service for the last 6 days.

Good tv picture on Channels 7, yvazh and 68,fbnhd but NO sound. I have two tv sets both using different control boxes One is a standard cox rental the other the mine box. The problem is the same in both sets? Two phone calls to Cox service and I am told the rental box is old and needs to be replaced

Why can't my recorded programs be transfered to a new DVR? There isn't a hard drive in the world that cant be backed up. There is no technical reason.

It is so frustrating still, watching show on TV, screen goes black and no sound. It has been reset and troubleshooting so many times. It is beyond frustration. Will be glad to get out of contract.

Very upset that INSP is messed up. There are very few channels that I watch. I have to pay a ridiculous high bill, but only watch a few channels. INSP and actually WE channels are distorted! These are both channels that I am supposed to get with my package.

I really enjoy this channel and it never fails that during the afternoon it's impossible to watch this channel. It is constantly pixelating & freezing. I have called so many times about this I can't even count and nobody can fix it. Seems the only respond Cox has is to upgrade my Internet equipment

I have a strange problem. This happens only on weekends. With the remote, when I use the guide the TV freezes. This is a new problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? Has anyone ever heard of this. I am hoping that someone at Cox can help me get this fixed.
