Fast forwarding randomly causes recording to go back to beginning

This seems to happen only when recording a live sports program (i.e. long) and then viewing the program from the VCR while it is still recording. Sometimes when I hit fast forward the recording just goes back to the beginning and loses my place. Other times it fast forwards fine but when I stop fast

Fix it!

So tired of watching TV, and bam, black screen. They have come out and changed out box, modem and checked wires. Still the same. It is very frustrating, watching Netflix or YouTube, channel changes back to another station. Fix it. Can't wait for contract to be over. Going to another provider.

New Contour Box - Black Screen with Prime, Max, Apple

XRE-06014

I am getting XRE-06014 error while trying to watch brand new (and still recording) recordings. No issues last night, today it seems to be a big problem. I have REFRESHED and RESTARTED via onscreen prompts, as well as manually restarted the modem. What say you?

New user of contour 2- power all button on remote doesn't work.

When paired with both my TV and stereo, the power all button doesn't do anything. When paired with TV only it DOES work. When paired with TV and stereo, TV power button only controls the stereo. Stereo is connected only to TV via the optical cable, not to the contour box. Tried multiple codes for TV

Sound cutting out on dvr

Why does my sound cut out on dvr recordings? It doesn't do it while watching live television, only dvr recordings. It makes them unwatchable.
