So tired of watching TV, and bam, black screen. They have come out and changed out box, modem and checked wires. Still the same. It is very frustrating, watching Netflix or YouTube, channel changes back to another station. Fix it. Can't wait for contract to be over. Going to another provider.

When paired with both my TV and stereo, the power all button doesn't do anything. When paired with TV only it DOES work. When paired with TV and stereo, TV power button only controls the stereo. Why does my sound cut out on dvr recordings? It doesn't do it while watching live television, only dvr recordings. It makes them unwatchable.
