Over charge by Cox

We have had MLB.com for years and pay $150/year for it.  It can be accessed on our computer or on our television. Cox is now trying to double charge for it saying we requested extra innings (whatever that is)  I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because they wouldn't remove it.  It's relatively easy... if you have an overcharge, don't let them get away with it.
