Scrambled channels
I have been having an issue with TV channels being scrambled especially cbs nbc ,and several other ones and it’s been going on for weeks. I have tried rebooting several times I’ve tried changing my HD cables. Nothing works in here lately when I go to watch ID channel or LMN they are scrambled also.

dvr not recording
dvr stopped recording. had service call. nothing seems to be wrong with contour box. now told my area is having dvr recording problems. no solution given.

We have been getting an XRE-03045 error
We have recently been getting an XRE-03045 error on the TVs in our house. Like most, we have multiple TVs, and this message appears randomly on different TVs. One solution mentioned in the message is to watch an On Demand or recorded program(?). Thank you.

Padres channel 83
Contour app doesn't allow this channel to stream outside home Wi-Fi. Last year when it was on YurView I could stream it while I was away from my house.

NESN red sox no audio/video glitches
what’s the issue with these broadcasts? there have been constant glitches in the video where it repeatedly skips back a fraction of a second and there is NO AUDIO, even during commercial breaks. there haven't been any banners streaming across from NESN saying there is a technical issue on their end

Mini box remote no longer powers on/off
URC 2220-R remote can no longer power on and off the TV. All other functions work and it has previously worked since I got the mini box. Issue with Bally Sports Oklahoma Extra
Hi - anyone else having issues watching the KC Royals/Twins game on Bally Sports OK? I saw an issue at the end of the game on Thursday and for the entire game today - screen just is mostly frozen - occasionally shows a still frame from the action.

I can't access my recordings
Just this morning I wanted to see my recordings, so I went to Contour, then Saved and what came up wasnt my recordings but Scheduled. All the options are For You, Schedules, My List, Purchases & Playlists. That's it. Under Scheduled is has You have no scheduled reminders in the next 14 days. I've tr
