Consistency
My internet/tv goes down numerous times per day! I’ve used the online help, downloaded the ap and still happens! Reset manually numerous times. Not consistent service and always connectivity issues! Must have done rests 5 times a day for the last 4 days! Very frustrating!

Box resetting frequently
Our main boxes and all mini boxes have been resetting randomly. All cables are fine nothing has changed but now it resets and comes back after a few long minutes. Volume cutting in and out
The volume on all 3 tvs in my house are cutting in and out. All 3 tvs are on in different rooms and all 3 are doing this at the same time. Allb3 tvs are on different channels. Whats going on?

The Long Shadow on Acorn TV no longer available?
We have Acorn TV through our subscription package. Last week we watched the first two episodes of the long shadow with no problem. Last night we tried to watch episode three and a pop-up occurred stating we need a “subscription” to watch this episode. What gives with this change?

RDK 03032 error
Getting RDK 03032 error every day for the last 3 weeks. All wires are good, haven't been touched. Will reset everything, rarely helps. Tried sending signals, they say it was unsuccessful. I've been receiving calls from an 814-704-6974 number and the caller ID comes up as COX CABLE. I picked up once and there was a distant voice on the other side of the line but no one said anything.
