Dvr never works

Constantly having issues. Freeze,  no sound,  can't fast forward.  I have gigablast, wireless,  newest modem, pods bill over 380 per month.  What am I paying for? I have had 5 technician out in the last year for issues. Cox just wants more money,  don't actually fix anything.  Don't think they have upgraded any fiber optics or equipment in our area in over a decade.  So tired of paying for service that doesn't work.  Time to change,  starling looking good.

Why is it cox always replies with the same general response? Based on all the complaints on the forum the issue is clearly poor service. Obviously we have all attempted to contact cox to resolve the issues with the same outcome.  Service remains unstable and substandard.  Maybe cox should actually use the obscene amount of money they are making from their customers to fix the issues instead of trying to make excuses for why it doesn't work.

Twstahl, the reason for the general response is that in order to determine what the issue is, we address each customer's issue individually which we can't do in a public forum.
