Picture Freeze, audio skips, fast forward freeze, constantly every program.

I have been with Cox since they first came to OKC. I have had their technician out and could not fix the problem. From my research I think the comments about COX is unwilling to fix their problems of heavy traffic, outdated and substandard equipment, software problems seems to be a problem that will not be fixed soon. This service is horrible, so good bye Cox, Hello OEC Fiber with far better prices and far better service.
