Swap existing cable boxes with same type

Can I swap out my existing cable boxes with the same type? If so, is there an option to have them shipped to me and provide postage paid boxes to return the existing ones? I know for business users, they do this for internet equipment.

Cloud DVR Not Working

Over the past few weeks trying to play cloud DVR recordings has been an exercise in futility. Tonight it just says network not available when trying to view recorded programs. Please look at the number of people who are complaining about this! Someone at Cox should be aware this is not user error!

Cloud DVR

Have ongoing DVR malfunction since the upgrade. Have called numerous times to report issues with DVR and have been basically lied to . Finally was told by representative that it's a nationwide problem and Cox is not going to give any account credits till they figure it out 😕 in other words go pound

StartTV program is displaying MetTV (Again)

I had startTV cable channel on and suddenly sometime this afternoon it switched over to MeTV. If I hit the guide I still see titles for the correct shows, however, that’s not what it’s being displayed. Anyone else?

TCM (San Diego 058) Image Messed Up

Live and cloud recorded video low quality

I have 2 Cox Contour receivers (1 nonrecording too) with cloud recording. I have been experiencing poor quality video that comes and goes on live and recorded video. I had a tech here for over 3 hours and he could not fix the problem. Signal into the house is fine and he even replaced the router. Up

Online recorded programs not playing.

My recorded shows, that are recorded online not a DVR in my house, glitch, stop, and won't allow me to watch the full recorded show. I show that I record every night was not able to be watched after it was recorded and then just vanished. Any idea what's going on?
