Contour compatibility

I currently have 3 Cisco HD set top boxes (which use the older Cox interface). In addition I have 1 cable card that is in a TiVo XL4 box and associated tuning adapter. I have been told that I should consider migrating to the newer Contour system because the older equipment is prone to breaking down

6 Recording on contour TV

Hello We just got contour TV DVR with a new modem. However we are unable to record more than two shows at a time. We were under the impression that contour allowed up to six recordings the time. I have tried everything and looked up multiple online videos. What are we doing wrong? Thanks

REGULAR CHANNELS & RECORDINGS FREEZING UP
