How does one get Cox to remove the ads from the channel guide. This issue has been brought up before with no resolution. Prices have gone up $30 a month - as a customer paying a lot I neither want nor need these ads. Cox- Please give option to opt out. Old receiver was better and didn’t have ads but

Household updates happening outside of scheduled time
