Frequent cable n internet drop out

Hi. I live in East Central Phoenix. Every day, several times a day the cable goes down. TV goes black. It freezes and then sometimes the audio comes back but no pic. Or sometimes pic and no audio. If it goes down for too long then I have to reboot the modem. Sometimes I need to unplug modem and contour box too. Frequent internet drop off too. I am sick of this. About ready to buy Tubi and go to T-Mobile for Internet. I pay almost $200 / month for this glitchy TV n internet from Cox. Sucks! I am venting. Don't expect any help. Just getting it off my chest for now.
