Return Address

Hi I need the physical address to send back equipment via UPS or USPS? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I don't have the time to go into my local Cox to drop it off.

HI. You don't need a physical address for us when you drop off your equipment at the UPS store. Just advise the representative you speak with that the equipment belongs to Cox and they should take it and give you a receipt for it as they already have our information. Thanks,

I'm out of the country right now and just want to get rid of it. I have a friend that is willing to mail it back for me. I'm not going to ask them to drive around and drop it off somewhere 10 miles away. There's NO WAY to mail it or have it picked up?

in2puck32, anyone can return our equipment to any UPS store location. They will not ask any questions about your account. They will take the equipment and mail it back to us free of charge. Just be sure the person dropping off your equipment gets a receipt showing the returned serial numbers. This will be your proof that the equipment was returned. This and dropping equipment off at our Solutions store locations are the only means that equipment can be returned.
