Tivo V58 Errors

Early this morning all channels started saying Unauthorized with a V58 error. Guides work fine but all channels are no longer authorized. Support is clueless and wants to send a tech. Any ideas? What could a tech do?

Outage

It has now been 48 hours with no service. I pay 9 dollars a day for cable and internet. Its very frustrating that they do not provide any updates to their customers. My sister finally called corporate and they said it could be weeks for repairs. I hope they will credit everyone for the inconvenience

TV Stops/Starts All Channels

My regular TV watching is getting pretty bad. And this is on top of the zDVR issues not being able to be played back, Why can’t Cox fix this issue? Why is it so hard to report issues. Why do they say it is not an issue when there are so many of us complaining. Cox is being paid well for its services

Cox System Updates Affecting DVR Recording

Apparently, Cox has been doing some kind of update and it is affecting DVR and Cloud recordings system wide. The effect is that my DVR will not schedule a future record of a program and the past scheduled recordings are not happening. When do you think this problem will be resolved? It's been going

Dvr never works

Constantly having issues. Freeze, no sound, can't fast forward. I have gigablast, wireless, newest modem, pods bill over 380 per month. What am I paying for? I have had 5 technician out in the last year for issues. Cox just wants more money, don't actually fix anything. Don't think they have upgrade
