Contour 2 Guide movie and TV programs info show no genre

I just go my Contour 2 DVR and I'm quite disappointed in the new guide display. Loads of movies available, but I can't find out if they're a comedy, drama or mind blowing documentary. Is it just me? it seems there would be quite an online outrage if this were true for all of you.

I had a lovely chat with an online assistant just now who promised to submit a report. Yippee!   I hope to hear more from other users here.    Thanks!
