Worst service ever
My service has been out 2 full days. This is unacceptable. The service has been deficient since day one. If my service is not restored in a couple of hours, I will cancel service and withhold payment. This is no way to treat well paying customers

Oh! I also wanted to let folks know that the Cox website told me they were putting me on with a live person, Kaylan P whom then proceeded to ignore my questions and concerns.
I can see why they don’t dare have folks answering phones. What a brutal job that would be, huh?
