Price is as high as the problems
For almost $300 a month I don’t think there should be THIS many problems all the time. I’m on my 5th try to watch the same show. No matter what I do to fix it it’s almost an everyday problem. I almost expect it when I watch something now, and there it goes again.

Omaha/Bellevue pixelization
I am having pixelization on channels 5, 8, and several others the past couple of days. I see it every 10-15 seconds. Even the sound sometimes gets garbled. Other channels seem to be great. This happens to the TVs using the contour box as well as the mini-boxes. I have checked the ground connections

I see from reading the some other forums others are having the same error and the issue is still not resolved. We have only been dealing with this for a about 4 weeks, but the issue still persist. No one can even explain or tell me what the error means and no one can fix it. I pay over $200. a month

NHL center ice problem
NHL center ice is very intermittent. Works sometimes, and other times it says that there is a network problem, and the screen goes black. I have a full package from Cox communications with all the pay channels and everything, and everything else works perfectly fine. Only the NHL package is messing
