I would like to see the cable cards and tuning adapters be able to refreshed from the users cox account just like the cable modem. right now 1 cable card and tuning adter are getting most channels in our package we pay for except 116 but we can view 1116 the hd feed of the same channel on that TiVo,

I am a video engineer. I am located in Poway. I have started to notice jagged interlace artifacts on fast moving objects on the screen. You can see a jagged edge that should be smooth. I know from my professional experience this can happen with mis-configured equipment. I see this on 2 separate TVs

I'M HAVING MORE AND MORE ISSUES WHILE ATTEMPTING TO WATCH RECORDED PROGRAMS. WHILE WATCHING RECORDED PROGRAMS THE VIDEO WILL HICUP AND THEN WHEN THE PROGRAM CONTINUES THERE IS NO AUDIO. I can watch the Bally Sports Channel on my TV’s, and Android phone but on my iPad that channel keeps asking me to watch on my home WiFi and I’m already on my home WiFi. There are a few channels that do this on my iPad but no other device. I’ve tried deleting the Cox Contour App then reinstalling it

Contour TV keeps giving me a 2111 error. Looked at the other post on this and did everything with exception of flash. Apparently chromebook does not support flash any more.
