Time Zone not Correct and Reset not working

At a current time of 7 pm pacific time, the guide on tv has the show that should have been on at 5 pm pacific time. The time on the guide is correct time , but the guide and the shows playing are off by 2 hours. When I log on the website and look at the true guide, the true TV guide has the correct

Apps won't play videos after setting up replacemnt DVR box

Recently replaced my DVR box. I have signed into Prime but videos will not play. "Something is wrong" is the only feedback I get. Any ideas?

Contour TV on my Chromebook

Mini box reset

Every 12 hours the mini box resets. When I reset at the main box this dictates the time the mini box will now reset. We have replaced it twice with the same problem. Cables, etc are all fine. Plugged into surge protector.

Possible to check NFL Redzone Channel subscription online

Hello. Is there a way online to verify that I have my subscription to the NFL Redzone Channel? It takes forever to get a live chat person on a non technical issue. I have most of the sports packs but wasn't sure if Redzone is still something that is paid yearly like before
