Cox - Do Better!!

You need to be better. My cable bill keeps going up and up and up and the service (on technical side) is worse and worse and worse. Getting the digital box was a learning curve and I hate it. You can’t pause and rewind for as long. You can’t switch between channels and rewind (unless you record everything) I just had to get my remote replaced and then new one has a significantly longer delay when changing channels. I can’t even do a quick switch between channels without missing a beat. I have one old remote that still works and isn’t as bad if a delay ( still a delay though). Do your new remotes have less transmitting power or something that made them cheaper for you and worse for us?  Before you blame my internet, there is nothing wrong with it. Streaming channels work great. This is a COX problem.  This is an unacceptable way for any business to run. I pay over $200 a month now just for contour and don’t have premium channels. 

This is what I demand from you within 10 business days - since you’re all digital this is on your end. FIX IT!! 

I would never recommend Cox cable to anyone. It’s really too bad we don’t have other cable choices in order for them to be some competition to get customers and keep them happy. You should be ashamed.
