Cable box remotes

Replaced my 2 mini boxes and the new remotes are inferior to the old ones.  After using the new remotes we found the buttons hard to use especially for my wife with arthritis.  Fortunately I kept the old remotes and after working with customer service got them reactivated.  Cox clearly needs to provide a better quality remotes in the future.
