Done with Cox

I’ve had this service for two weeks, technicians have been to my house twice for the same issue, it still is not fixed. FREQUENT buffering, picture freezes goes black and audio drops out. When it is on the picture is not clear at all, highly pixelated NEVER clear. When I call and get someone it’s the same thing, unplug equipment. I will not pay for tv service that REQUIRES equipment to CONSTANTLY be unplugged or rebooted. Wired cable boxes need to be brought back, these little streaming boxes are absolutely WORTHLESS.

I know how aggravating it is to try to watch something while the picture keeps buffering, and I am truly sorry that our technicians weren’t able to fix it. I completely agree.  I’m having the same issues night after night.  In the last Month technicians have been at my house 3 times (one of them showed up and didn’t know why he was even there!)

we’re waiting on the fios cable to get added in our neighborhood, then we’ll be shutting down Cox.  Too much to pay for bad quality.
