Now a month since this issue was supposedly escalated at COX with no response nor solution. I am in the Phoenix area with a service that's plagued withsignal drops and random weird errors that are never explained. When can we expect an honest answer?

Ok, here goes the questions... I've had Cox Internet for some 14 years. I never have had their TV programming. I've had Dish Network for 18 years and I might switch to Cox Contour TV and with the Internet bundle setup. When I setup Dish network, I bought my own receivers and satellite dish equipment

Is it no longer possible to use a web page or iPhone app to schedule a program to record to the in-home DVR when out of the home? This used to be possible, but I see no way to do it anymore in the Contour app or web interface. I find some posts that say it's possible, but they are all several years

UVA plays Pittsburg at 7:30 on Saturday. I will not get to see the game. Why you may ask? Because Cox ISN'T CARRYING THE ACCN NETWORK!!!!! I pay OVER $200 A MONTH for digital cable and internet. I can get PAC 10 or TWO SEC networks, but NOT the ACC network! Is it time to look into HULU and DirecTV?

My Contour 2 box hard drive is humming rather loudly, which cannot be a good sign. If it needs to be swapped for a new one, is there any way to save all the recorded programs?
