Terrible reception every evening

Every single evening my TV becomes unresponsive. The guide won’t come up. The channel won’t change. Nothing is responsive. The TV screen freezes constantly. This is the worst cable I have ever had and the worst customer support. The app is useless. I have restarted my system nothing seems to help. Would love any advice

Hey bud I understand your frustration, you gonna have to go in person to ask for help these bots aren’t gonna help I’m dead serious , they gonna falsely charge you for a tech and you gonna waste money so it’s the best to go in person and ask for a free tech and if they still say we gonna have to charge if they do find anything that you did just cancel your card and tell them that there services suck and yall should be ashamed
