RickH-

This issue occurred with me very recently two times:  12/26/2025 and 2/2/2026.

Upon submitting the 12/26/2025 issue to cox.help@cox.com, they initiated ticket number CUIxxxxxxxx88.  It was resolved 1/14/2026.

Then it happened again on 2/2/2026.  I reported the issue again to cox.help@cox.com.  This time they reopened that same ticket, namely CUIxxxxxxxx88.  So it is being worked on now.

As of 8:30 pm (Eastern) today (2/4/2026), it has not been fixed.

FYI - here's the history that I am aware of with this same issue:

2/2/2026 - reopened ticket CUIxxxxxxxx88
12/26/2025 - ticket CUIxxxxxxxx88
6/27/2025 - ticket CUIxxxxxxxx39
5/26/2025 - ticket CUIxxxxxxxx87
4/4/2025 - ticket CUIxxxxxxxx45
12/2/2024 - ticket CUIxxxxxxxx24
It also occurred in 2019 (I don't have that ticket number).

@Jupiter852 I don't know why the ticket numbers are "xxx" out; I posted it with the full ticket number

@Jupiter852The forum edits posts and replies to filter ticket numbers.  You could ask Cox why they do that, but they probably won't provide feedback.  My guess is they keep ticket numbers a secret between Cox and each customer to make it easier for them to track a particular customer's issue.

BTW, I tested "Search" and I only get On Demand programs too.  In addition, some of those programs display an error when they're selected.

"This program is currently unavailable.  To troubleshoot this issue, please wait a few minutes and then try again.  If you continue to experience issues, please contact Cox Customer Service at 1-866-961-1207 for assistance.  Reference code 7.3.8805 when calling."

It looks like Cox broke the Cox TV search function again.
