Wireless or what?

I have made phone calls, discussed this w online chat support at least 6 different times??? I only get the same answer that this is a wireless box. I know it's not, but I can't even get help with trading this box for what I did order, a wireless box, and I was required to pay a $75 deposit upfront before I could pick it up at the cox store. It's very frustrating when you can't get anyone to understand any of your issues without being transferred to a different support agent 4 plus different times and then having to repeat everything to the new customer service agent and then still not getting anywhere. Honestly, I truly wish I had a choice in cable companies here because I would steer clear from cox, but cox is the only provider offered here. I just want my wireless box I ordered and paid deposit for, so I can watch my local channels during the bad weather. I'm being charged for cable everyday and still yet to be able to view it. I have to Uber to cox store, so I want to make sure that this time I pick up my right equipment. Uber isn't cheap and back and forth back and forth has cost me over a month of all of my combined services I have w cox.
