Three access points for Cox 1056 in our location. 1056 with Contour box is scrambled. Cable card with computer and other TV have no issues.

My Contour 2 box hard drive is humming rather loudly, which cannot be a good sign. If it needs to be swapped for a new one, is there any way to save all the recorded programs?

Hello, not a big deal but I thought I would leave some feedback for a C1 issue. The program and episode interface sorting is inconsistent for some of the programs listed in the On Demand menu. Usually, when you press the On Demand button on the URC-8820 remote you can then select the premium network

Why is there no option for a Grid View of my favorite channels? Every other provider allows this and it's so much more convienent.

The sound is annoyingly out-of-sync with the picture, so when you see people are speaking their lips don't match up with the words; like an old karate movie.

Just wondering if it is better to plug my dvr into a surge protector or the wall outlet. Will I not have any issues like the remote delays after pushing buttons when using the dvr for a few hours & the box getting warmer, if I plug into the wall direct, I have it now in the surge.
