Set cable box to work on channel 4
I have my cable box hooked up to my TV via a coaxial cable. I recently got a new tv and did the auto tuner. The only channel that appears is channel 4. I can't go to channel 3 on my tv even if I scan again or manually add channel 3. So I was wondering if there a way to set the cable box to output a

Remote DVR recording set up?
Is it no longer possible to use a web page or iPhone app to schedule a program to record to the in-home DVR when out of the home? This used to be possible, but I see no way to do it anymore in the Contour app or web interface. I find some posts that say it's possible, but they are all several years

HDMI Splitter - Different Channels on 2 TV's?
Hi - I'm trying to hook up 2 TV's in 1 room with the same cable box. Does anyone know, if I purchase an HDMI cable splitter, will I be able to watch 2 different channels on both TV's? Are there any settings that can make this possible? This is ideally for football season :). Thanks!

Receiver time
My receiver times are off by one minute. Every time I record a program I have to adjust the end time one minute late or I'll miss the end of the program. How do I fix this?

Contour box keeps rebooting.
I’m posting this as an fyi for anyone with a similar problem. I have 2 Contour boxes on a splitter, and the boxes kept rebooting. I put in a new splitter and both boxes appear to be working normally again. Hope I didn’t just jinx it. Cheers!

CISCO 1642HDC box will not reset
I have two HD receivers in different rooms the that are connected to a signal splitter and 1st receiver went off-line yesterday morning.
