way worse
I recently moved and requested service transferred. I was told I was all set but when the installer came to my new place it was not. I had 4 wired boxes and he came with wireless setups. I was going to say no but he talked me into it saying it was way better. It is not!!!!!!!!!!!
I have lost all my recordings and scheduled recordings 3 times now. The first time it was escalated but never got a call back, which I was told I'd receive. Never got recordings back. The second time I was pretty much the same thing but this time I got a call back but recordings never came back. Third time I didn't even bother. Every instance I was told the recordings are always recoverable on the Cloud - HA! I will definitely be changing tv service - phone and internet ok. That is one good thing - tv is seperate.
