Why is there no option to see subscribed channels only in the guide?  It’s so simple and logical, maybe that’s it?  Are you trying to make customers see what they don’t get in order to try to upsell?  

My elderly father can’t remember to filter and is always asking why he can’t see whatever channel. Verizon has that option as well as favorites and other DEFAULT guide views. 

Unfortunately his complex only has Cox or I’d switch him to Verizon in a heartbeat.
