Last Button does not show certain channels
In the last few days, the Last button will not include one specific channel in the list of recently viewed channels (FYI - it is TNT which is Channel 46 here in Crestview, FL). I can watch any other channel, switch to another channel, and then use the Last button to return to the original channel. But if I am tuned to Channel 46, switch to another channel, and then hit the Last button, Channel 46 is not shown as an option. It is occurring on both TVs in the house and both have been manually rebooted in an attempt to fix it.

Hi, I apologize that you are having trouble when using the last button with this channel. We were not able to reproduce the problem on a test box in your area. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com so I can check the signal levels at your cable boxes. There is also a service update signal I can send to try to help correct this issue. This is happening to me as well here in Rhode Island. There is a simple work-around: Press Last, then press the D button to clear out the saved channels. It will now work until the queue fills up again.
