Cloud DVR Settings
Just recently moved to a neighborhood that has cox fiber. ( from a neighborhood down the road that had cox co-axial)
So I now have Cloud DVR and struggling to make it work as nice as the old DVR box. (We have the 2 tuner version of Cloud DVR service)
Questions:
Is there a way to pause a live program and let it sit for an hour before resuming?
Is there a way to change the settings so it jumps back a few seconds after fast forwarding?
Is there way to have it "watch" a show in the background while we are watching a previously recorded program?
I can't find answers to these type questions in the online help documents or in this user forum

Here's some information regarding your questions:
*Is there a way to pause a live program and let it sit for an hour before resuming?
The Pace XG2 HD Receiver supports up to a 30-minute pause, rewind, and fast forward of live TV. To pause live TV, all tuners on your DVR cannot be in use. If all tuners are recording, pause live TV will not work. Once recordings have finished or been canceled, pause live TV will operate normally. Pausing on an HD receiver can take up to five to 10 seconds, which is normal.
*Is there a way to change the settings so it jumps back a few seconds after fast forwarding?
You can replay live or recorded TV using the following methods with your Contour Voice Remote Control XR11:
Pressing Replay will rewind the program for 30 seconds.
Pressing Pg Up or Pg Down will fast forward or rewind the program by 5 minutes.
Speaking into the voice remote can fast forward or rewind the program by the time spoken into the remote, for example, "Rewind 15 seconds".
*Is there way to have it "watch" a show in the background while we are watching a previously recorded program?
Apologies, I want to confirm I have this question correct. Are you asking, can you watch a previous recorded show, while recording another show?
