Good morning! I’m reaching out regarding the high data that’s being charged on my account. Am I still being charged for 1500 Lorene Dr. because if so, I moved out of there and closed that out several months ago.

Can't find replacement for modem
I currently have a Cisco modem purchased from Cox years ago. It is no longer receiving updates and has been discontinued. This, I believe, is causing DVR functions such as rewind/ff to cause the Contour DVR to reboot. I tried to find another modem that still has a telephony jack on the back and not
