I got the new Cox Panoramic modem today and now I have no Caller ID or history. Is there something I need to activate? If so, where do I find it?

I can turn off the call waiting, but a few days or weeks later, it gets magically turned back on.

This has been going on for at least a day now in the Cleveland Ohio area. The wrong time is being sent from COX in the Caller Id data. Currently it is 11:30 PM but COX is sending 9:30 AM as the time.
