Starting somewhere around December 11, 2024 Call History is not show History for any phone calls. Voice Mail is showing no phone calls. It does not matter if you chose 7, 30 or 120 days. I'm considering using MOCA adapters to spread internet connections thru my telephone cable connections but still need landline. Is there a conflict? I know MOCA uses different frequencies.

Received a new replacement modem from cox. All good except now no incoming or outgoing service. Reset, etc still nothing, no dial tone. When I call the number goes to vm but doesn’t ring or allow a message. Customer service not able to help, a tech will be coming out and of course I will be charged
