Voice mail message not forwarding

Why won't Cox stop the robocalls
Checked the third call I got today: https://www.nomorobo.com/lookup/762-499-8347. So everyone else can get these stopped but Cox can't do it? Its been 5 years? 2012? since nomorobo was around? How awful can you be?

I have heard the chatter than Normorerobo is rolling out. Has anyone gotten it? How is it working? Myself, I am so sick of robo calls that I'm anxious to get this, if it works.

[Ohio] COX Voice sending incorrect time
This has been going on for at least a day now in the Cleveland Ohio area. The wrong time is being sent from COX in the Caller Id data. Currently it is 11:30 PM but COX is sending 9:30 AM as the time. Stutter tone notification for new voicemails stopped working
