If I made a payment for $133.52 & the bill was $118 I made a payment for $133.52 doesnt that cover the bill? An agent is stating otherwise

I think they are just taking extra either form over usage or randoms fines , if you don’t like waiting for a call back on the call center you should just hit up a cox center in person , the customer service is mid but at least you could see the lies in person tho (switch to quantum fiber or anything else )

@JulianN​ dude why do you need full name and address, if yall strive to do better it’s like steam recovery team of a hacked account , yall can’t do that bc yall don’t know what to do , not giving out my gov just for yall to make my stuff worst and up charge my account and charge me 75 bucks for a tech to waste my time and not fix the issue so nope I want you to learn Julian that this isn’t good service or better service this is below average service sad and pathetic “always room for improvement bud”
