Mobile Phone Transfer

Transferring the Watch.  When I transferred my mobile phones from AT&T, I transferred my watches about a week later.  Well, I still get a bill from AT&T.  When I contacted AT&T, they said I had not moved the watches, and they gave me the phone numbers.  I checked my Cox bill and saw I also had watch phones, but with different phone numbers.  What happened?  And was there something I should have done?
