Trying to upgrade phone service and it wants to charge an old past due which was discharged in bankruptcy.

Spam Blocker blocks all incoming calls with Spam Risk regardless of "Allow" setting
Incoming calls from a number assigned a Spam Risk (Low, Medium, High) will not ring through even if "Allow" is selected.
