Has anyone else experienced having Cox inexplicably cancel their phone service without advance notice?

Every time I try to use my phone or even call COX 611 it states “ mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call. It is connected to my wireless network. HELP!!!!

I terminated my Cox home phone service several weeks ago, but when I call my old number from my cell phone I get three short tones and am then disconnected Why do I not get the message “this number is no longer in service”.

Call history displays the headings but no calls are listed under it. It was OK about 4 hours ago.

anyone else try to get to the call log and when you choose contacts it just keeps spinning?

I’ve been trying to call Cox at a few different numbers for three days now and every single time I press a number to reach someone it immediately hangs up. Anyone have this issue too?

I am a new Cox member, it's been only about a month. But I've been getting calls nearly every day this week from a number listed as Cox Communications. The number is 1-877-316-1403. Every time I answer the phone it hangs up after a few seconds. If I recall the number it will identify itself as Cox C

I've noticed that discussions about the Call History outage aren't sorted to the top of the Community discussion board when new replies are posted.
