Do not disturb question

I'm just curious why Cox can't figure out how to make the do not disturb option silence the ringers totally instead of ringing the phones one time when this option is enabled? What is the point of do not disturb if our phones are still going to ring?

Incoming calls aren't showing the phone number or the name

Only my outgoing calls are showing the phone numbers or the name. Not sure why they can't fix this issue.

call waiting - can't toggle through online interface

Anyone else with Cox voice service that can't toggle on/off the Call Waiting feature? Reported to Cox a couple months back and no solution. I can't believe that everyone is suffering from this issue? Call Waiting not working properly

Call waiting is NOT sending a beep/tone when a call comes in while on a call. The caller gets voice mail prompt to leave a message, I'm never aware there is an incoming call. Checked on "Phone Tools" in account, Call Waiting is turned "On".

Automated Message Regarding Fake Overdue Account Scam

Calls from 877-764-6129 and 833-680-2022 For the last month, almost daily, our business landline has been receiving Scam calls from an automated system claiming that our Cox account will be disrupted due to non payment. This system will allow you to dial/route your call to make a payment with a card

How do I locate the caller ID section to turn it on so that the incoming telephone number shows on the tv screen

Here is the information for the newer cox contour cable box: Cox Phone tv settings. Cox phone caller id settings for tv, 2023. You need to do this from your tv contour remote. Menu > "Preferences"> cox voice > (Set to "on" or "off" ). "Voice" control is for the tv caller id settings.

Voicetools call history

I can only see my call history from about 3 or 4 days ago. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Update: My call history is now working properly again so I have no idea what happened.
