Hello. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry that the sorting is not as expected when you are looking at the discussion boards. Can you please share more about what you are looking under? General support posts or on the phone support? Are you on the Most Recent tab filter? Thank you for any information you can provide.

Thank you for confirming. Click on the 'Phone' category and you will find these sorted. The Community Discussion Board will include all categories and may have several other posts in-between. Do you see them there?

When "Most Recent" is selected, the Community Discussion Board normally sorts discussions with the most recently posted reply first, regardless of which forum it's in.  However, selecting a specific forum such as Phone does the same thing.  Discussions in the selected forum with the most recent post don't always sort first.

The sort function seems to be broken across the forum. Not just Phone. Notice in picture below, that it is sorted by most recent, the 4th post is more recent then the 3rd post, as one example.

Last day or so, I am not noticing the problem anymore. Not sure if the issue is just intermittent or Cox fixed something. Anyone know?

::edit:: Never mind, I just noticed it happened again.
