Yes. When activating a modem, we would require customers to contact support over the phone or privately not over forum as we require your account information, and details of the modem. Chat, or support over the phone is available https://www.cox.com/residential/contactus.html. Things we would need would be the model, Serial Number, and the MAC once we authenticate with the customer.
