Unplanned outages are starting to get ridiculous.

I keep getting unplanned outages in my area and its starting to get ridiculous. It started happening every week for the last 2 months. Now its happening every other day. Can you guys fix this whatever is going on correctly please. I dont even care about getting my bill prorated. I just want my internet to work.

I agree! I don’t even get notifications for planned outages! But quick to get notifications for when the bill is due! BS!
