Constant Outages - planned and unplanned! WTF

ridiculous! The least you can do is notify people since it is a quote “planned maintenance”. AT&T never had this many issues and I was with them for over 8 years ! And I’ve only been here for an about a year. I think it’s time to switch back. You know people have work and rely on internet right?

Hi ItsMe_S1. I apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing due to an outage. You definitely deserve reliability, and I'm truly sorry we've let you down. Cox is working very hard to prevent outages and limit down-time. Thanks, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

That's all cox says. What about giving people a credit for how long they were out due to issues. I have been without internet all day. Since this morning

@Jase1001 Call Cox and ask for a refund for the time that you had no connection.

Everytime it gets cold here in Louisiana you can expect outages. We need to be credited on our bill. Some people work from home and it is very inconvenient

$130 a month for crappy internet service is just unacceptable! Can’t wait to return my modem & find another provider for a fraction of this cost.

Constant outages at least one time per week and folks WFH now. We need reliable internet!

So frustrating... This issue has been happening for years at this point. Cold weather and the service is shit. The colder it gets, the more unusable it becomes. This dogshit ISP is the only option for me, and no matter how many techs I call out, they cannot fix the issue.

Completely agree!! Switched from ATT last Fall. Never had outages with them. About to go back because this is ridiculous! My kids need Internet for their homework and we need Internet for work. We had an outage yesterday and now Internet has been out since early this morning! Unacceptable!

What is the deal with this outage? It has been on and off all week but I bet I will get billed for the entire month. What about tomorrow and people having Super Bowl parties?
