How do I remove devices from my WiFi without changing password

Cox are bunch of clowns and they deserve to fall and burn I need to find a better internet providers I can’t enjoy gaming and have fun at all

Had Cox in Ocala for maybe 3 months and the service goes out all the time. My wife works from home. Not awesome when your internet goes out regularly. Tonight watching game 5 NBA finals… or I thought I’d watch… NOPE. Thanks. I am researching other providers .

Service outage began at 10am (Pensacola FL) and it's STILL down! These update texts are ridiculous and tell us nothing of value! WTH is going on Cox? Do y'all know what you're doing? How about sharing info that makes us a lil more informed will ya? When AT&T installs Fiber here, i'm dropping Cox!
