The last few months of outages is insane. I had Direct TV / AT&T and maybe recall twice in 10 years it going down. Cox just took the remaining money in my bank account for taking more than twice the amount of my bill????

Can't login to new Panoramic Wifi Gateway

overcharged data usage internet

our Internet data keeps spiking even though our actual usage has not changed. I tried to get help in the cox store in Tempe marketplace but Luz was rude and dismissive.
