We've noticed a temporary outage related to your Internet, TV and Phone service in your area and we're working to fix the problem. Estimated Time to Repair: 7:44 AM This is in north Kenner area. 70065 Download speed is under 100 mpbs. Upload speed is .15 Normally at 10 or 11 mbps.

Gigablast slow
Just switched to gigablast and not getting near the speeds i would expect for downstream. It stops at about 350. I need COX firmware updates for C7000v2 and I'm done with these issues of slow and dropping internet?
After 3 different tech support attempts to solve dropping and firmware issues, COX can't fix my issue of firmware update. I'm really tired of the run around and reading the same problems and issues on forums. I may have to look for a new ISP soon.
