Slow upload speed since free speed upgrade

Up until July 3 2019 I had the preferred 100/10 internet package in my Cox bundle and had 0 issues with upload speeds and streaming to Twitch.tv. Cox is covering data overcharges from March 16, 2020 through June 30, 2020. My current Usage Cycle is June 06, 2020 to July 05, 2020. Will my current cycle be covered if I go over? Wondering since most of the usage cycle is still in June.

Constant disconnects daily

Everyday (multiple times a day) my internet connection drops. Often times it's down for 6-10 hours.... The downstream light keeps flashing and the rest are off. Anybody have any suggestions on how to go forward finding a fix?

Uncorrectable codewords, unstable download speed, ping spikes

I'm having trouble with the ping spikes while gaming, when I checked the Cox network status I saw the uncorrectable codewords in 5 indexes. Is this the reason that cause the unstable download and ping spikes? I'm using panoramic wifi gateway, put it in bridge mode and using my own router. Downstream
