No service - Internet and TV since June 12

Hello, We have had no service since about 8 PM on Friday June 12. It is now over 12 hours and it is still not resolved. The status page is not helpful as it keeps increasing the estimated resolution time every 4 hours. It has never taken this long before. Can we please have this resolved or provide

Internet issues all week. No support

Why is my internet showing its good and it’s not. My internet has been up and down for 3 days I can’t get any thing done. I shouldn’t have to leave my home where I pay WiFi to go elsewhere for WiFi to complete my task. It’s showing it’s up and 100% when it’s down I’m so frustrated with this

Terrible service bad equipment and the worst customer service I have ever seen

I have had cox at my home for 6 years. During the pandemic I frequently thought how lucky to have such consistent and reliable internet in such times. In the last 6 months I have made a half dozen calls to customer service about bad service, dropping signal, wifi networks just dropping for hours. Af

Network outage 7 days in a row

Experiencing internet outages due to “network issues in my area” 7 days in a row. Cox technical support can’t give me straight answer as to what is happening. Worst service Ive ever had.

Still day 3 update on the node problem

Quick 2 hour update , the “ planned maintenance “ was a fake maintenance it was just to make it seem that they were fixing a issue but no they haven’t so they haven’t fix it , very disappointing
