Panoramic wifi

Cox reports data usage that is incorrect
I recently noticed that Cox is reporting that my usage suddenly jumped by 600 to 700%. A friend installed an ASUS router and we discovered a discrepancy in what Cox claims I use and my actual usage from the router. Has anyone else noticed this?

Can’t use WiFi for gaming anymore
My WiFi can’t handle gaming anymore and it’s constantly being garbage, it’s not enjoyable anymore and I need to switch to a different provider if they aren’t gonna fix it , (a tech didn’t help either )

Is it possible for a refund since the cox internet is so piss terrible
6 to 8 months of constant lag and frustration with cox as a provider, yall need to refund me my money form the last months , I swear if the mods tell me to follow a email ima just mock yall for terrible customer support, yall should be ashamed of yourself
