Is it normal for my upload speed to be down for the last 2-3 days? There was maintenance about two hours ago, but it appears to have done nothing.

Internet outage

Every single day since July 20th there is an unexpected Internet outage in my area. EVERY DAY! The outage is last anywhere from 4 to 7 hours per day, absolutely horrendous, and unacceptable! What exactly am I paying for??

Worst internet provider EVER

Cox has absolutely the worst internet connectivity out of all providers. 20 outages in ONE month is unheard of. Almost every afternoon modem will suddenly lose connection and you can’t do anything about it. All you can do is: ask for a technician, they will come and change the cable and wiring, but
