Why is my bill an extra $30?

My bill is now $90 this month but it doesn’t specify why. Why am I being charged an extra $30 this month?

So upgrading to the 1 gig didn’t help my lagging problems

I upgraded to the 1 gig to see if it’s gonna make the lag go away I was wrong so the 500 Mbps and the 1 gig don’t make it better looks like ima have to get the 300 Mbps or whatever is the lowest they got to see if that fixes the issue

Internet speed issue

The first three days after enrolled and it reached 298 Mbps, which is 300 Mbps. Now, the speed is between 20 and 40 Mbps.

IPv6 not working on new FttH

Cox's FttH access path is sending the gateway RA but is not relaying or servicing DHCPv6-PD. Tier 2 technical support and on-site technician will not escalate this so that it can be fixed. Any suggestion to get network engineering to take a look?
