Internet Connection Since Spectrum
I have never had a connection issue with cox. Since spectrum took over, I’ve had multiple instances of my WiFi just stopping . My router stays white and the app says no connection issues. My tv and phone stop loading. It comes back after a few minutes. I don’t have to do anything for it to come back on. I’m not happy with this continuing issue.

The wireless communication should not have changed at all due to the acquisition, as it is an extension of the router and not the service. We'd want the opportunity to look at it for you.
