1 Hour and 50 minutes on hold? If you are going to be in business and take payment for a service shouldnt you be able to provide the service. Our inherited cox equipment if old and outdated. Internet is constantly going on and off, have done app resets, customer service resets and technician resets.

Outage since Friday 9Jan26
It is unacceptable to pay for a service that is down an entire day without an actual update or ETR. Been experiencing this outage in portsmouth RI, and its set me back with work, and the wife back from her online classes. This is precious time we wont get back, I do hope cox will compensate.

The past week or so I’ve been receiving notifications from the Cox WiFi App that “suspicious content on (device). Tap to view. Only unblock if you trust the site”. The part that has been weird is we will receive these notifications when the device is turned off. Any ideas on what’s happening?
