Adding unlimited data to a new plan

I just ordered service to be turned on this coming Wednesday, but I just realized I forgot to add unlimited data for the $30 promo price. When I went to go add it, it was a normal price of $50. Can it be added before installation for the $30 or would I have to cancel and re-order?

Hello, An agent applied a payment arrangement to my account that i did not know was happening, agreed to or knew the terms and conditions of. Has there been a policy change within cox that is allowing their agents to set up payment agreements without the publics approval or knowledge of?

30 hour outage… and counting

Baton Rouge outages

I have moved around the country a lot and never seen an ISP with this many outages. You can cite storms/bad weather all you want but this never happened in other places with frequent storms like Hawaii and Florida. Just shameful service.

Panoramic WiFi modem connection is hot

I have a 2-3 month old modem running on a small table with nothing near it and full 360 ventilation. But when my internet went out recently, I noticed the metal fitting where the coaxial cable plugs in is very hot to the touch. I bought a new cable, but it’s still hot. Is this a problem?
