CM Errors and Low Upload Signal? CONSTANT low upload speed and random disconnecting
Below is all the info from my router that I believe is pertinent. I currently have the 500Mbps Down and 10MBps UP package. not reviving gigablast speeds
so to start from the beginning we had just found out that we are able to receive gigablast speeds we where originally paying for 300/30 which we wanted more we called them that day and called to see if we how much it is they said it wasn't much for us to upgrade but that we had to upgrade our modem

CM1000 only getting 400-500Mbps with Gigablast
I've got a CM1000 and Gigablast but I only ever get 400-500mbps. The connection is stable, it's just not hitting advertised speeds. I've tried changing the coax cable, moving the modem to another room in the house, connecting directly to the modem, etc. The speeds are always consistently about half

Uncorrectable codewords, unstable download speed, ping spikes
I'm having trouble with the ping spikes while gaming, when I checked the Cox network status I saw the uncorrectable codewords in 5 indexes. Is this the reason that cause the unstable download and ping spikes? I'm using panoramic wifi gateway, put it in bridge mode and using my own router. Downstream

Unable to Log In to Email
Hi, I'm unable to log in to webmail. I enter my credentials and the page continues to cycle as if it's loading, but that's all it does. My email never loads. I've used different links and browsers to access email, but nothing is working. Anyone else have this problem, or know of possible solutions?

Is there a reason my upload latency is almost twice my download latency? Am I being hacked?
My connection is so slow I did a traceroute. The first hop from my router is an address in the ocean off Africa, it is really slowing me down.. doesn't matter where I'm going that is always first hop. 10.141.88.1 I have a png of the whole route if it would help. https://gyazo.com/d5a83e98a2f5e3b93dd
