Spam call identifying as Cox Internet Specialist

Today we got a call from this number (858) 592-8787 to an unlisted personal number, identifying himself as Cox Specialist. Asking to do a router reset since there is a concern that he cannot login and debug the "Router issue". We asked him to identify and what purpose, but kept saying its Cox Internet Specialist and trying to solve some problem.

We hung up and suspected foul right off the bat since Internet was working fine and no pending tickets with "real" Cox.
