My Internet and TV with Cox Service goes in and out
They keep coming to the nieghborhood and saying they will fix it but they never do. I called tech support and they knew nothing of how to help me. I pay my bills but don't get what I pay for. The Cox TV and internet goes in and out and cox will do nothing to fix it.

Cannot unblock an IP address.
The network is automatically blocking some IP addresses. I have a port forwarding option that is used to RDP to my server. One of my friends from another country is trying to RDP but the network is blocking it automatically and I am unable to unblock anything. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank

Port issue
I have a computer that is solely used for Quickbooks that people can access from anywhere remotely. Now they can't. I can only access it from my home where it is located. I know its a port issue, but I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
