Ring doorbell can’t see Cox WiFi
My ring doorbell cannot see my Cox Wi-Fi signal. I have tried resetting everything multiple times. The doorbell is only 15 feet away from the router if that. Can anybody help? I have separated the 2.4 GHZ and set to WPA2.

Hi aayers, I am sorry you're having issues with your ring. Is this the first time setting up your device or were you able to previously connect?
